Shipping policy

 

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. 

10 lb and 25 lb fragrance oils may take up to 3 weeks to ship- Contact us at hello@larksupply.ca for more information.

 How can I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping for orders over $250CAD

**Must have a physical shipping address- free shipping does not include Rural Route or PO Box addresses.

Refused Deliveries (Duties/Taxes/Import Fees)

If a shipment is refused or returned because duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges were not accepted or paid by the recipient, a refund (if applicable) will be issued only after the parcel is returned to us and processed. The following will be deducted from any refund:

-Our actual outbound shipping cost (including where “free shipping” was applied at checkout).
-Any return shipping, carrier return fees, customs/brokerage, storage, or other charges billed to us as a result of the refusal.

No refund will be issued if the carrier abandons, destroys, or otherwise does not return the goods to us, or if the returned goods are not in original, resalable condition. If you would like us to reship the order after a refusal/return, all outstanding fees noted above plus new shipping charges must be paid before reshipment.

Canada/USA

Free shipping over $250CAD offered to Canada and USA mainland/Alaska. Some restrictions apply. Once your order is processed you will get an email with your tracking information in it. Insurance is available for purchase at time of checkout, this insurance protects against lost or damaged items during delivery. If insurance is not purchased at checkout LARK is not responsible for any damage or loss on the order once it leaves our facility. You are responsible for any duties and fees associated with an order being shipped to any country outside of Canada.

Worldwide

International shipping options available. Insurance is available for purchase at time of checkout, this insurance protects against lost or damaged items during delivery. If insurance is not purchased at checkout LARK is not responsible for any damages or loss on the order once it leaves our facility. You are responsible for shipping and any duties and fees associated with an order being shipped to any country outside of Canada.

Shipping Label Created, now what?

If your shipping label has been created, great news, your order is on its way! Packages are processed before 4pm Monday- Friday and picked up every weekday morning for delivery. 

Where is my package? 

Once your order leaves our facility, we are unable to help with tracking your package. Please contact the delivery service for questions or concerns. 

Add-Ons?

Please double check your order to make sure you have everything you need in your cart, LARK cannot promise add-ons to orders once they are placed.

Shipping Options: 

We reserve the right to switch shipping carriers other than what was selected, when faster shipping options are available to you. We want you to get your packages as soon as possible!  

My package is lost or damaged? 

If you have purchased shipping protection, please contact us at hello@larksupply.ca and we will help you out! Your package must be marked damaged or lost by the shipping agent before a replacement can be sent. If shipping protection was not chosen, unfortunately Lark cannot replace the damaged or lost products. 

Please note that if you have purchased shipping protection, but your order was marked delivered to your shipping address provided we are unable to replace the parcel without it being investigated by the shipping company. Please contact them first to open an investigation before contacting our team.

My package is lost or damaged? 

If there are any issues with your order, you must notify us within 5 days after your order has been delivered.
