This soaps beautifully! It moves very slowly, so there is plenty of time for intricate designs or swirls. Used in CP goat milk soap.

Soap (finally)

I finally made this into soap and I couldn't be happier. It behaved absolutely perfectly-no acceleration at all, no ricing, no soap gremlins. The consistency worked great for the swirl I had planned and was thick enough when pouring that it went in easily and didn't disturb the swirl with it being the wrong consistency. Definitely worth the try if looking for a black licorice scent!

OMG!

Originally I was not sure of this scent and didn't think it would be what I would want. But when I smelled it, it was that anise scent that I have been looking for to use for a black licorice inspired soap. The usage rate is a bit lower than what I like, but I know that anise is strong and has a lower application limit so that makes sense.

I have not used it yet (just got it) but I am excited to give it a try and I'll come back with how it did.
